Our flagship strength-building program recognizes that in order to build muscle, athletes must first learn proper technique and movement. Our bodies are designed to twist, pivot, lift, bend, and climb. We believe in the scientifically proven method of integrated training, which places a great deal of focus on corrective locomotion and form. Only then can athletes build strength safely and maximize their performance.

Our goal is to teach each athlete how to maintain power and efficiency while improving stride length and stride rate, which will mean faster performance. Much of the emphasis here is on correcting movement mechanics and helping athletes understand why wasted movements and poor form reduce overall performance.

We teach agility situationally, by placing athletes in real-time scenarios to develop neuromuscular coordination to sharpen sensory receptors and improve response time.

CORE Balance & Flexibility School
Building balance and flexibility go hand-in-hand with excelling as an elite athlete. Balance begins with having a strong core, which is the foundation of any exercise and aids in proper neuromuscular efficiency. Our training works toward reaching an athlete’s maximum dynamic range of motion over time. To get there, we’ll work on decreasing muscle imbalances and understanding why we move the way we do.
CORE ADULT
There is no “one size fits all” model to fitness. In addition to our speciality schools, we offer adult group classes that vary routine according to who’s enrolled. Our classes are designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and build confidence as a fitter version of yourself.
